I'm not too sure but in my opinion it would be volleyball, it seems like you use more muscles more often in volleyball than the other choices

1) is the first one.
2) martial arts
3) it should be moderate to vigorous...

I'm not 100% positive about the second one because I wanna think it would be all but yoga is not a moderate activitie
