If it wants an equation it would just be 10 > (or equal to) 7x + 5y

Answer:

7x+5y\leq 10

Explanation:

Let

x------>the number of pounds of almonds

y-----> the number of pounds of peanuts

we know that

7x+5y\leq 10 ---> inequaklity that represent the situation

The solution is the shaded area below the solid line for x and y positive values

The equation of the solid line is
7x+5y= 10

The slope of the line is negative

The y-intercept of the line is the point
(0,2)

The x-intercept of the line is the point
(1.429,0)

using a graphing tool
