Simple...
using y=mx+b form and using the coordinates..
--->>>
y=mx+b
(8,-7) slope is -4
-7=-4(8)+b
-7=-32+b
-7=-32+b
+32 +32
25=b
y=-4x+25 in slope-intercept form...
