1) Note that the angle of 5/3π is equivalent to 300º and it is located in Quadrant IV.

2) So, we can write the following:


(5)/(6)\pi-2\pi=-(7)/(6)\pi

When we subtract from that 2pi we get this negative coterminal angle.
