Normally how long does it take to lose 30 pounds? If I exercise an hour a day, drink lots of water, stop eating junk foods, and refrain from eating late in the evening?

it mostly depends on how much you sweat .because sweating is burning fat

Hello, I think it will approximately take you up to 2-3 weeks or maybe a whole month!

Depends on how much you push yourself, and what types of exercises you do, you gotta play around with the different workout moves!

I would say check out Blogilates, she has a great meal plan!

She also has a free monthly calendar with all the workout moves!

(She also has a cool app, that you can workout to it's free, but then you have to pay 99 cents every month, to use the special videos, the timer, and the calendar)

So, you can follow that, and maybe your family will also want to get healthier!
