There are different ones!
For example, the plank, will tone your abs and also tone your arms a little!
The hip twist is where you twist your hips to touch from one side to another! So that works your abs, and your obliques (the sides)!
There is also V-ups, works your abs.
Another one would be, push-ups, works abs, and tones your arms real well!
