You are shopping for groceries, and you can choose between fresh fruit and juice. which is better for your nutrition?

Fresh fruit is better!!

A lot of times juices have a lot of sugar additives and different chemicals to keep if fresh longer.

So just buying normal fruits is better since the sugar is real, and extra chemicals aren't usually put into fruits..
