When planning an exercise program, you should choose a form of exercise that fits your?
Answer: when you are planning to start an exercise program you should choose a form of exercise that fits your goals and your fitness level. You should never try to start doing exercise programs that exceed your fitness level. You will only lose motivation and stop exercising altogether.
