I believe the answer is: Edward VI Tudor

Edward VI Tudor was appointed as the King of England by the age of 9 due to his Bloodline. This was a tactic made by the Clergy and all of its supporter within the empire because at such young age, it is very easy for the clergy to influence the king decision (which of course would benefit them the most)
