consetive integers are 1 apart
they are
x,x+1,x+2

3 times the first added to the last is 22
3x+x+2=22
combine like terms
4x+2=22
minus 2 both sides
4x=20
divide both sides by 4
x=5
x+1=6
x+2=7

the numbers are 5,6,7
