Hey Destinee!
Let's start by calculating the `amount` of decrease.
196 - 160 = amount of change.
To calculate the `percent` of change,
divide your `amount of change` by the original price.

percent decrease=decrease/original
196-160=decrease=36
percent decrease=36/196=0.18367...
about 18.4% decrease
