True, because it is very important that your body is healthy, gets enough sleep and is in good condition overall!

Some teenagers are naturally small and healthy from the beginning!

If you start healthy, workout and eat well from the beginning when your young, then for the rest of your life you will be healthy and you wont need to worry, because you already used to that!

I recommend spending an hour everyday for your body to stay tone!
