We will solve this question using this formula:

\begin{gathered} \sigma=\sqrt[]{npq} \\ n\text{ is the sample space} \\ p\text{ is the success probability} \\ q\text{ is the failure rate (1-p)} \\ \end{gathered}

Given:

\begin{gathered} n=800 \\ p=(5)/(100)=0.05 \\ q=1-0.05=0.95 \end{gathered}

Solving further:

\begin{gathered} \sigma=\sqrt[]{800*0.05*0.95} \\ \sigma=\sqrt[]{38} \\ \sigma=6.164414 \\ \sigma(s\tan dard\text{ deviation) = 6.1644 (to 4 d.p)} \end{gathered}

The answer is 6.1644
