To solve the inequality -1/4x>-2, Chrissy thinks she should add 1/4 to both sides. What is wrong with her first step?

A. Nothing is wrong; her first step is correct.
B. She needs to subtract 1/4 from both sides instead.
C. She needs to multiply both sides by -1/4 instead.
D. She needs to multiply both sides by –4 instead.

Answer D because you want to get the x by itself and in order to do this she needs to multiply by -4 so that one side only has x.
