Simple...
you have:
-2x+5y=10
re-write in y=mx+b form...
-2x+5y=10
+2x +2x
5y=2x+10
Now divide....
5y=2x+10
y=
Now it's easy to see the slope and y-intercept...
Slope:
Y-intercept:2
Thus, your answer.
