We can see that the slope(m) equals 4 and the y-intercept is in the point (0, 1).

When you have a linear function of the form:

y=mx+b

You will have that m represent the slope and b will represent the y-intercept, in our case the function is:

y=4x+1

We can see that the slope(m) is then 4 and the y-intercept(b) is 1.
