We first need the weight of the person in kg.
Applying
1 lb = 0.454 kg
180 * 0.454
= 81.72 kg
The daily dosage of drug is then:
25 * 81.72
= 2043 mg
Dividing that into two doses per day:
2043 / 2
= 1,021.5 mg per dose
