So just flip the second fraction and multiply it by its' reciprocal. So 3/4 multiplied by 1/6 which gives you an answer of 3/24 and you want it in simplest form so the real answer is 1/8.

Keep the first fraction
3/4
Flip the second fraction(reciprocal)
6/1 -> 1/6
Change the sign
÷ -> ×
So
3/4 × 1/6
