-8x-8y=0 (divide both sides by -8, you get:) x+y=0, x=-y
-8x2y=-20 (divide both sides by -16:) xy=20/16=5/4
plug the first simplified equation into the second one,
-y²=5/4...This does not have a solution, are you sure you typed the second equation correctly?
