Answer: cancer

Unregulated cell division can result in cancer. Cancer occurs when an abnormal cell is produced by the gene. The abnormal cell begins to multiply in an abnormal way which leads to form a clump of cells called as tumour. Cancerous tumour cells are malignant which means they can spread and invade nearby normal tissues. These cells can invade the immune system of the body, organs, tissues and specialized cells that protects the body from infections and other conditions.
