the price of 10.75 ounces is 15.65 $

1-ounce price is 15.65/10.75 $

so 128 ounces or 1-gallon price is

=(15.65)/(10.75)*128
=186.344\text{ \$}

thus after rounding off the price per gallons is 186. 34 $
