Slope can be expressed as rise/run. agree or disagree? why?

Agree. Because rise represents the y-intercept (up and down) and the run represents the x-intercept (left and right). It is also the fraction form of a slope,

A slope is something that go's down. Example: The half of the hill that go's down is called a slope.
