x/8-4 = -6 // + 6

x/8-4+6 = 0

1/8*x+2 = 0 // - 2

1/8*x = -2 // : 1/8

x = -2/1/8

x = -16

x = -16

add 4 tob oth sides
10=x/8
times both sides by 8
80=x
