The answer would most likely be A, because a nutrient dense food, like salmon and vegetables have a lot of powerful vitamins in them that help us while non nutrient dense food, like chips, would only give a person carbs and lipids (fats). Cost isnt a factor in this question when distinguishing between health. Although calories do play a role in this, a is a better answer. Also, taste isn't a health role, i would in fact rather eat a whole chocolate cake, but i need to eat fruits and vegetables because thay is better for my health and more nutritional.
