18 min/4 laps
How I got the ratio above is with the information. For every 18minutes he jogs 4 laps. So 18 minutes per 4 laps. Or as above 18/4
It reduces to 9/2, which is 4.5 minutes per 1 lap.
In other words the answer is: 4.5min

So you want to find how many minutes per lap, so you divide 18 by 4 and you get 4 1/2 minutes. (4.5 min)
