Simple....
you have:
4x+3y≤-12
To solve for X or Y just isolate the variable....
4x+3y≤-12
-3y -3y
4x≤-3y-12
Now divide by 4....
Now for y:
4x+3y≤-12
4x+3y≤-12
-4x -4x
3y≤-4x-12
Divide by 3...
This is the way to solve it.
Thus, your answer.
