If you do the distributive property on the right side, you should find the answer. Two times five x and two times six equal 10x+6. To figure out what x is, you know that any number inserted would be any real number.

Start by dividing both sides by 2:
5x + 6 = 5x + 6
Simplify:
0 = 0
This indicates infinite solutions:
x = All real numbers.
