7/6 its 7 over 6. I'm sure it is the right answer.

1/2 * 2 1/3
To solve this, I would first change 2 1/3 to an improper factor
To do this the denominator or the bottom part stays the same while the top part becomes 2*3+1 or 7
So it is 7/3
Now you simply multiply
You multiply the top by top and bottom by bottom
1/2*7/3
(1*7)/(2*3)
7/6
