xint is where y=0
yint is where x=0

so we have
xint=-1
yint=3
therfor
we have the opints
(-1,0) and (0,3)

solv
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
slope=(3-0)/(0-(-1))=3/1=3

point slope
y-y1=m(x-x1)
(x1,y1) is a point
m=slope
slope=3
a point is (0,3)

y-3=3(x-0)
y-3=3x
or

anohter point is (-1,0)
y-0=3(x-(-1))
y=3(x+1)
y=3x+3

equatons are

y=3x+3
3x-y=-3
y=3(x+1)
y-3=3x
