Y=5x+2 Because you have to find B for Y=Mx+B so you would plug in -3 into Y because it is your Y coordinate then, plug in 5 for M because that is your slope and lastly plug in -1 in for X because that is your X coordinate. then simply solve. -3=(5)(-1) +B
-3=(-5)+ B
+5 +5
________
2=B
Then you create your equation
Y=5x+2
