Answer:

Horace is running a race.

To Measure the unit in which he is Running, the following units rate would be reasonable

→Meter and Kilometer are standard unit of Measurement of Distance.

→Similarly, Hour and Second are Standard unit of Measurement of time.

You can use miles also for measurement of Distance.

1. \frac{\text{Meter}}{\text{Second}}\\\\2. \frac{\text{Kilometer}}{\text{Second}}\\\\3. \frac{\text{Kilometer}}{\text{Hour}}\\\\4. \frac{\text{Miles}}{\text{Hour}}\\\\5.\frac{\text{Miles}}{\text{Second}}

So, Following units of Speed Described above from 1 to 5, that Horace can use to describe how fast he is running.

It would have been easier to answer this question, if some options were there. I am answering the question based on my knowledge.Meters per second or miles per hour would be ideal for describing how fast Horace was running. I hope that this is the answer that has actually come to your desired help.
