k = AC/BC = 2/3
x C = ( x 1 + k x 2) / ( 1 + k )
x C = ( 3 + 2/3 * 6 ) / ( 1 + 2/3 )
x C = ( 3 + 4 ) : 5/3 = 7 * 3/5
x C = 4.2
( the x value for C )
