Answer: option B. The paper crease divides the line segment into 2 congruent segments.

This is true whenever you fold the paper in such a way that the edges of the segment overlap when the paper is folded. Then when you unfold the paper, the crease passes trough the middle of the segment showing two identical (congruent) parts.
