When you rotate a figure:
- side lenghts are preseved
- figure orientation is changed (except if the rotation is 360° or there are special symmetries)
- figures are congruent (same lengths and same angle measures)
- Angle measures are preserved
- Resulting line segments do not have to be parallel

When you translate a figure:

- Side lengths are preserved
- Figure orientation is preserved
- Figures are congruent
- Angle measures are preserved
- Resulting line segments are parallel

Then the answer, what is valid for both kind of transformatons, is:

- Side lengths are preserved
- Transformed figures are congruent
- Angle measures are preserved
