Few people in the class are as interested in fashion as I (A)
The last one I am not sure about but I think it's right

A. him.
You need to use the object pronoun him, instead of the subject pronoun he.
2. Few people in the class are interested in fashion as
B. me.
Or as I am. But since there is no "am" the only correct answer is me.
