3x-2y=3
3x=2y+3 (add 2y to each side)
3x-3=2y (-3 to each side so your focus is on the ys)

(3x-3)/(2) = y

3x - 2y = 3 Subtract 3x from both sides
-2y = -3x + 3 Divide both sides by -2
y =
(3)/(2)x -
(3)/(2)
