One and a half = 1.5, so 1.6 is more than 1.5.
It's very trivial question.

One half is just 1÷2 which is 0.5, add the 1 makes 1.5
1 + 1/2 = 1.5
1.6 has an extra 0.1, making it greater than
1.6 > 1.5
