Answer: A) Relevance

A fallacy of relevance is one in which the premises are not logically relevant to the conclusion. In other words, the premises do not contribute to the conclusion in any meaningful way. Therefore, what happens is that, although the conclusion seems to follow the premise, the premises in fact provide no real evidence for the conclusion.
