All of them except 10^2. This because scientific notation are number written to the power of ten. e.g Instead of writing 1000 you can write 10^3.

Answer:
350* 10^2

Explanation:

Scientific notation is defined as the representation of expressing the numbers that are too big or too small and are represented in the decimal form with one digit before the decimal point times 10 raise to the power.

For example : 5000 is written as
5.0* 10^3

As we are given that the value is
1.10* 10^3 ,
4.0* 10^(16) and
7.03* 10^(-2)

The number not written in scientific notation is :
350* 10^(2)

Therefore, the number which is not in scientific notation is
350* 10^(2).
