(1.4 x 10⁵ newton/coulomb) x (-1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ coulomb)

= (1.4 x 10⁵ x -1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹) newton-coulomb/coulomb

= - (1.4 x 1.6) x 10⁵⁻¹⁹ newton

= - 2.24 x 10⁻¹⁴ newton
