Part A - 8

Part B - 7

Explanation:

Part A

She collected 8 gallons of syrup in total. Two gallons from first tree, three gallons from second tree and three gallons from third tree.

Part B

She used seven gallon of syrup for cooking.

She is left with one gallon syrup only out of total eight gallon syrup
