How does the the constitution lay the framework for individual rights and a balanced representative government?

people have to vote or chose between a balanced goverment so there would be equal taxes,better pay ,more jobs.etc

Answer and explanation:

In the first ten amendments of the Constitution (also known as the Bill of Rights) guarantee the US citizens individual rights. For example, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms and right to a jury trial. The right for a balanced representative government is guaranteed by the division of powers. This includes the legislative, judicial, and executive branches. All three of these branches have different roles and each branch has the ability to check each others power.
