Calculate the equivalent of;

\begin{gathered} (5^{(1)/(2)})^2 \\ =5^{(1)/(2)}*5^{(1)/(2)} \\ =5^{((1)/(2)+(1)/(2))} \\ =5^1 \\ =5 \end{gathered}

The equivalent is 5, that is option A
