Between 0.3 and 0.5 you can have numbers such as: 0.4 and 0.45, etc.
0.4 in a fraction form is 4/10 = 2/5 and 0.45 in a fraction form is 45/100 = 9/20.
Also could use numbers like 0.35, 0.38, 0.42 ....
