Alright here's the breakdown
take 0.00000036 and times it by 10,000,000 (this will be your number in the final answer) (3.6)
then
count the number of zeros it takes to reach a significant number (like 1 or 5, basally any other number than 0) that will be your exponent in the final answer (-6)
and your final answer should be
3.6^(-6)
