Ah this kind of question is great! There's a strange and lovely relationship between repeating decimals and constants divided by 9 (or 99 or 999). An explanatory example is ".777777..." which can actually be expressed as 7/9. And ".09090909..." can be expressed as 09/99 or 1/11.
