$\begin{gathered} (2.5)/(35)\text{ = }(2)/(x) \\ By\text{ cross multiplying we have} \\ 2.5\text{ }*\text{ x = 35 }*2 \\ 2.5X\text{ = 70} \\ X\text{ =}(70)/(2.5)\text{ = 28} \end{gathered}$
