The perimeter of a square must be less than 160 feet. what is the maximum length of a side in feet?

Perimeter of a square=4*side length
160=4*side length
40=side length
Therefore, 39.99999 (repeating 9s) is the maximum side length in feet for the perimeter to be less than 160. If it was 40 feet as the side length, then it would not be less than 160.
