Our new training room can seat 150 employees. If 6 tables consisting of 6 chairs are now taken, what percentage of our new facility's seating is full?

Step 1

Find out how many chairs are already taken. Multiply the tables by the chairs


6*6=36

Step 2

By using proportion find the percentage


(150)/(100) =(36)/(x) \\ \\ 150*x=36*100\\\\ x= (3600)/(150) \\ \\ x=24

therefore

the answer is


24%
