If you would like to know who is the tallest, you can calculate this using the following steps:
Jackie ... j
Samuel: 5/8 inch + j = 5/8 + j = 0.625 + j
Shelly: 0.7 inch + j = 0.7 + j
Craig: 1/2 inch + j = 1/2 + j = 0.5 + j
The correct result would be: Shelly is the tallest.
